This years Friends of Reay (FoR) Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 31 October 2023 at 8.50am in the school studio (duration approx. 30 minutes).
The Friends of Reay (FoR) plays a vital part in the school community and all parents/staff/carers, as members of the Friends of Reay School, are invited to attend the AGM.
The purpose of the AGM is an opportunity for you to:
- learn how the funds raised have helped benefit the children at our school
- to elect Committee members
Nominations for committee members
To be nominated for Trusteeship, please pick up a nomination form from the school office. Becoming a committee member will include some legal responsibilities (scan the QR code for more information), and if you would like further information about being a Trustee/Committee-Member, please email the charity Secretary (email: chairfriendsofreay@gmail.com ).
Completed nominations should be handed to the office by Tuesday 24 October 2023
